    If you're not old enough to remember the original milk advert you can see it HERE. This was one of the most memorable campaigns from our childhood. The immortal lines  'Accrington Stanley? Who are they ? Exactly !'  could be heard shouted out in playgrounds across the country for the 6 years this ad ran on UK TV and for many years afterwards.

    The film has been lovingly recreated in minute detail by Rumble Productions. They even used the same actors, and the original aspect ratio ! Only difference being...  vodka instead of milk.  Brilliant.

    For us this is the perfect way to let people know about our non-musical sound services. A fairly simple job, with no music. All Foley, sound and broadcast mix by Thirty Two.

    This was an interesting project to be involved in. The kind of idea a big pharma brand wouldn't normally even put through research so credit to the agency for making it happen. The music brief was exciting from the start. Again, not what you would expect from Persil, but perfect in the context of the film. We used beautiful live instrumentation to communicate melancholy and then hope with thick abstract textures to complete the mix.

    Unsurprisingly, this was the first time we've been asked to design an electronic soundscape to travel in surround sound down the side of a cruise ship. This is exactly what imagination asked us to do for a Jaguar product launch in Miami. It's a big, dramatic, electronic 'trailer' style track with massive hits and building intensity. The product reveal is the finale of the whole event so needed to carry real weight. Unfortunately we couldn't attend the event but we're told it sounded huge and had the desired effect.

    When we got the call from the agency we couldn't believe that Easyjet has been around for 20 years. This is an ad for Europe which celebrates the fact in style. Brand and agency were keen to make a real statement with the music. 'Disco 2000' by Pulp was a contender from very early on in the process and does just that. Convincing Jarvis to get involved wasn't simple (!) but we're very excited to have made it happen and very impressed with how the idea turned out on film. Big love and thanks to Ellie Gibb at VCCP for her patience and professionalism. Also Universal Records, Universal Publishing and Jarvis' management for helping to bring it all together in the end.

    Koffee and Diamonds a short film about two young migrants in London who fall in love without knowing anything about each other. Koffee is a young man from Dakar and Diamonds is a French girl from Paris. This film shows the first time they meet. We were asked by the director to find tracks for a pivotal scene in the middle of the film where the couple dance on the roof of a London tower block (Abelardo Carbonaro y su Conjotu - Quiero A Mi Gente) , and for the end credits (Metronomy - The Look).     We were asked by freelance ethnographer, mindfulness coach and general all-round hero Sarah Waite to create a sound installation for a series of mindful running sessions she curated in the ancient forest outside the gates of Wilderness Festival. We created a rainforest soundscape using a collection of portable speakers connected to iPods loaded with our sounds and hidden at various distances from the route through the trees. The runners experienced frogs on the ground, monkeys howling from the canopy, rivers, waterfalls and various other rainforest sounds both right on top of them and far away behind the undergrowth. This was accompanied by a sculptural installation by accessories designer, film maker, prop designer and art director Fred Butler.

    A beautifully shot and post-produced film for BMW and the RFU. We were asked for a recording of a rugby crowd singing ‘Swing Low Sweet Chariot’, so we took three sets of the best microphones money can buy to Twickenham and recorded the crowd at England v Samoa, and the significantly noisier, 82,076 strong crowd at England v Australia. What you hear in the spot is the result of combining several different types of well placed microphones and mixing the results in post. Thanks to our recording team at Shorefront Films for their expertise.

    Kirill comes from the korobka, which literally translates as the "box," the name of the small caged football courts found all around Moscow and beyond in Russia.

    In Moscow, walking through the door into the korobka is a sign of weakness- the real players hop over the fence, and the game rule is "winner stays on." The film acts as a call to arms for all young kids of Moscow, to prove their judges wrong, and rise up out of the korobka to become champions.

    THE ONE CAMPAIGN is a grassroots advocacy organization co-founded by Bono and other campaigners that fights extreme poverty and preventable disease.

    The film comprises specially commissioned animations, archive footage and music videos, all based around famous protests, protest songs and civil rights movements. The film takes a kaleidoscopic tour through some of the biggest protests of the last 100 years, set against a soundtrack of iconic protest songs that have influenced these movements along the way.
